adidas OriginalsとatmosによるZX8000 G-SNKの別注モデル。
ZX8000は、ランニングシューズ史上初めてトルションシステムという安定性を供給する機能を載せた一足としてadidas Originalsのテクノロジーを受け継ぐモデルです。atmos別注はZX8000に通称”GID-SNK”と呼ばれるパターンを落とし込んでおり、”GLOW IN THE DARK”（蓄光）のパーツ上に、スネークスキン状のリフレクター素材を纏わせている。2011年からスタートし、2020年からは毎年コンセプトやデザインを変えてリリースしており、知る人ぞ知る人気作として語り継がれている。
今回のatmosの別注シリーズ第9弾は、ZX8000のオリジナルカラーとして不動の地位を誇るホワイト&アクアをベースに、1991年に輩出されたメイドインフランスバージョンのカラーサンプリングを加えたマニア垂涎の配色でモディファイ。
さらに、東京スカイツリーをインスピレーション源に据えたグレイカラーを交えてatmosらしい都会的なテイストもイン。今の東京を体現するシンボリックな要素と、往年のカラーリングを纏いレトロモダンに仕上げた今シーズンのatmos別注「ZX8000 G-SNK」となります。
